At Quest Apartments & Northies Hotel, one car park caters to long‑term residents, short‑term serviced apartments, four different businesses, staff, and hotel patrons.
The challenge?
Each group has unique needs, and access must be seamless.
Residents need guaranteed spaces and restricted vehicle counts.
Businesses and staff have allocated spaces.
Hotel patrons must be able to come and go easily, with a quick way to validate parking.
Here’s how we solved it.
We implemented a PARKEZI Paid system that gives the site owner complete control. Multiple user levels and access types were configured:
Residents: Whitelisted with a set number of vehicles, so no overflow.
Businesses & Staff: Whitelisted with allocated spaces.
Hotel Patrons: Parking is validated quickly via an iPad on the reception desk, allowing staff to search a plate number and validate it for free exit.
For patrons who forget their plate? They can be sent a one‑time QR code via SMS from the iPad or handed a printed coupon from a handheld printer. This can be scanned at the X‑press Exit Station, matching the plate to the parking session and marking it as validated.
For the public: The car park can also be a paid facility, with a credit card option at the exit for those enjoying a day at nearby Cronulla Beach.
